Portable workstation ideal for gimbal operators
AXIS Stabiliser Station was created with you, the Steadicam and Gimbal Operators, in mind. Operator tools, like handheld gimbals, can quickly and efficiently be attached to the top of the Stabiliser Station. The top of the AXIS Stand can be used for calibrating a steadicam sled and making sure equipment is balanced and ready to go.
There won’t be any blood, sweat and tears with the assembly of this kit. INOVATIV’s patented vDrop design allows accessories to easily be mounted and removed from the AXIS Stand by one person, allowing you to customise your workstation without breaking your back.
The AXIS Stand, roughly 3’ in diameter, is an aluminium black stand with anodised orange leg straps and is height adjustable. When fully extended it is roughly 79” tall and 50.5” long when collapsed.
Efficient workflow is an important part of the job and the Case Platform helps with that. The Case Platform is height adjustable and supports most Pelican-style cases, allowing for quick access to your tools and other items needed to get the job done efficiently. This kit comes with Tie Down Anchors, that attach to the Case Platform, to secure your gear in place when moving the Stabiliser Station.
The Trough, attached to the base of the stand, provides convenience to store your extra gear; like batteries, steadicam vests, and more.
AXIS Stabiliser Station Wheels are INOVATIV’s 8” premium quick-release wheel system that are designed to offset the center of gravity for increased stability. Each wheel is comprised of both strong steel adapters and lightweight aluminium caster parts that feature 100% sealed bearings and INOVATIV’s powerful foot brakes.
The Weight Hanger is a new accessory that can be attached to one of the AXIS stand legs. It’s a quick release, spring loaded weight hanger that has a hook to attach the included 25 lb Weight Bag.
